Come on Alfa, make a big 4-door mafia saloon again!

Absolutely!

I don't think that qualifies as 'big'.

Well, the 166 is the closest thing alfa made to a big 4-door saloon.

For Yurrp, the 166 is a big car. The size class above it (S-Class, 7, A8, XJ) is called "limousine" over there.

Yeah, the Dodge Dart is a fattened-up sedan version of the Giulietta.
(I tried to add a picture of a Dart, but I guess nibbles ate it)

A sedan, yes. But not a large one. The 166 is much larger than the Dart. Two segments larger. This Alfa 166 competed with the BMW 5-series while the Giulietta is more like a 1-series competitor.

OK fine :p
But in all fairness, the Dart would still be more like the size of a 3 than a 1. It's not just a Giulietta sedan; they had to Americanize the size as well.
